Home Inspectors are certified environmental and mold inspectors
through PRO-LAB, Inc., one of the leading providers of
environmental testing services in the world. Testing consist
of a visual inspection of the building, air samples (IAQ
indoor air quality), carpet samples and or swab samples.
Collected samples are sent overnight to PRO-LAB for analysis.
Results of the samples are emailed to Allstate Home inspections,
Inc. within 72 hours of receipt, which is then forwarded
to customer.
Indoor
molds have the potential to cause health problems, like
runny nose, sneezing, red eyes, skin rashes, and asthmatic
attacks. They can also destroy the things they grow on,
like furniture, walls, and stairs.
As indoor mold growth is caused by moisture in the house,
it can be prevented and/or controlled. This means identifying
and fixing the water problem. |
